On 3rd May, Srimat Swami Gautamanandaji, President, Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrisha Mission, Belur Math, consecrated Abhedananda Bhavan (Boys' Hostel), a newly constructed four-storey Boys’ Hostel. A ceremonial worship, Gita Yajna, and Japa Yajna too were conducted, followed by a conference wherein around 500 well-wishers of the Ramakrishna Order had taken part. Nearly 70 monks of the Ramakrishna Order from across the country also joined the celebrations.
